CUSTOMER SERVICES COORDINATOR

LONDON, SAVILE ROW


We have an exciting opportunity for a professional and well-presented Customer Service Coordinator to join our Savile Row team.

Tasked with providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all customers visiting our Savile Row store, the successful candidate will create a benchmark in delivering an exceptional customer service experience. Further duties include but are not limited to: ensuring all appointments are managed and communicated appropriately internally, dealing with all customer queries by phone, email and post, liaising internally with Health & Safety, working with Press and Marketing ad hoc and ongoing project communications and ensuring you have an excellent and informed knowledge of the local area as to be able to advise customers on everything the area has to offer.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury sector.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to join our Head Office team.

Providing high level support to our Directors, the successful candidate will have extensive and demonstrable experience in a similar role, working with Director level and above. Experience with a luxury brand would be advantageous. The successful candidate will have excellent IT, organisational and communication skills as well as being able to handle multiple deadlines and maintain ability to perform under pressure.

Key duties include but are not limited to: administrative support, diary management, managing hotel and travel bookings, preparing documentation, relief front of house cover and other ad hoc projects as required.

SALES ASSOCIATES (FULL TIME)

CHESTER

We have opportunities for full time Sales Associates to work in our store in the historic City of Chester.

You will be part of the team representing our luxury brand.  You will contribute to meeting sales targets, play your part in ensuring the store runs smoothly and provide world class exceptional customer service.

You will have previous experience in a customer focused environment and ideally experience in a luxury environment.  Experience in tailoring and/or luxury menswear will be highly beneficial.  You should have a knowledge and enthusiasm for our brand and men’s styling and be sartorially aware.  As well as luxury retail and customer service experience, you should have excellent communication skills, be immaculately presented, engaging, committed and with a “can do” attitude.  We want people with a real passion for our brand.

INTERNSHIPS OPPORTUNITIES

LONDON

We have currently have the capacity to take on two interns for a 3 month period over the summer. Ideally the candidates would be wishing the pursue a career or gain experience in Merchandising, Buying, Product Development and Production as a whole.

They may be currently studying or recently completed a degree in higher education/university studying in Business or Fashion. The main responsabilities will be to support the Product team in a variety of duties to include administration whilst gaining the benefit of experience of exposure to the workings of a luxury fashion brand.
