MADE TO MEASURE CONSULTANT – SLOANE SQUARE

We are currently seeking a full-time Made to Measure Consultant to join our team at our store on Sloane Square.

We are looking for a candidate with plenty of energy, a positive outlook, a passion for luxury menswear and have a desire to exceed expectations in both sales and customer service.

As a Made to Measure Consultant you will be responsible for the efficient overall running and operation of Made to Measure customers in Sloane Square and you will create a Made to Measure customer contact list that will be used to publicise promotions, encourage repeat business and advertise events in store.

The ideal candidate will be an ambassador of the brand and will take an active role in the training and development of other staff members who wish to advance their Made to Measure skills.

You will therefore have high level of customer service, previous knowledge on luxury and tailoring and exceptional communication skills.

PART TIME SALES ASSOCIATE – SELFRIDGES

We are currently looking for a Part Time Sales Associate to represent our brand at our concession in Selfridges.

The candidate will support the Concession Manager to run our concession at Selfridges including achieve sales targets providing an excellent customer service to deliver an inspirational customer experience.

The ideal candidate will need to be self-motivated and passionate about style, tailoring and the Gieves & Hawkes brand and have a desire to exceed expectations in both sales and customer service.

SALES ASSOCIATE – SAVILE ROW

We are currently looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at our Flagship store on Savile Row.

As a Sales Associate you will be a brand ambassador and you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will therefore have high level of customer service, previous knowledge on luxury products and tailoring skills with exceptional communication and selling skills.

The ideal candidate will need to be self-motivated and passionate about luxury menswear and have a desire to exceed expectations in both sales and customer service.

HEAD OFFICE

PA TO CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (MATERNITY COVER)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, well organised PA to provide a strong comprehensive level of support to the CEO by ensuring the smooth running of the executive office.

Reporting into the CEO, you will be fully responsible for preparing and collating all of the necessary documentation for both internal and external meetings. You will manage the arrangements and itineraries for the CEO, COO and Chairman as well as all daily correspondence to and from the executive office including post, emails, expenses and events.

You will be responsible for Front of House, which will require the management of one person as well providing reception cover during any holidays or absences.

The successful candidate will have strong office administration skills, be both organised and efficient with an excellent level of written and verbal communication skills. As well as being systems and process driven you will have a high attention to detail and an ability to prioritise your workload in order to meet deadlines. A strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.

This role will work 40 hours over 5 days, Monday to Friday.
