The ideal candidate needs to have 3 years cutting room experience and a sound understanding of Savile Row tailoring. You should have a knowledge and enthusiasm for our brand and men’s styling and be sartorially aware. As well as Savile Row experience, you should have excellent communication skills, be immaculately presented, engaging, committed and with a “can do” attitude. We have an opportunity for a part-time Sales Associate to work in our Birmingham Store.

You will be part of the team representing our luxury brand. You will contribute to meeting sales targets, play your part in ensuring the store runs smoothly and provide world class exceptional customer service.

You will have previous experience in a customer focused environment and ideally experience in a luxury environment. Experience in tailoring and/or luxury menswear will be highly beneficial. RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER, Savile Row, LONDON

We have an opportunity for a Retail Operations Manager to work in our flagship store, No.1 Savile Row

You will be part of the stores management team, ensuring the store runs smoothly and we continue to provide world class exceptional customer service. As the Operations Manager your key function is to ensure the store maintains store stock accuracy measured through safety reviews, stocktakes and operational retail audits. You will use all available tools to analyse discrepancies in stock holding and agree corrective action with store manager to increase store profitability. You will also manage the relationship with internal and external tailors to maximise service level agreement to support retail function. Working closely with our warehouse, visual merchandising and buying teams to foster great interdepartmental relationships. Prepare scheduling of the sales and management team in order to optimise profit. You will instill a culture of exceptional customer service, constantly pushing the boundaries to enhance the operations performance.

You will have previous management experience in a luxury environment. Experience in tailoring and/or luxury menswear will be highly beneficial. You should have a knowledge and enthusiasm for our brand and men’s styling and be sartorially aware. As well as luxury retail and customer service experience. Have the ability to plan and organise multiple tasks, taking into consideration long term and immediate jobs. You will be proficient in English and numeracy. Whilst having a good understanding of commerciality and KPI measurements. You must be flexible in working schedules as shifts will involve working evenings and weekends.
