Order Cut-Off & Dispatch
Orders placed before 2PM (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or UK bank holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. Please note that during sale periods, delivery may take longer than usual.

International Orders – Duties and Taxes Included
As of 28 January, all international orders include duties and taxes at checkout, ensuring no unexpected charges on delivery. Prices may vary by country to reflect these local duties and fees.

Orders Placed On or Before 27 January
If your order was placed on or before 27 January, it may still be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery. Returns for these orders should follow the existing process via our UK warehouse; please see the ‘How to return’ section under ‘Returns’.

TAXES & DUTIES

From 28 January at 11am GMT, all orders shipped from the UK will include duties, taxes, and administrative fees at checkout via Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This ensures full customs clearance and no surprise charges on delivery. Learn more about DDP here: Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) – DHL.

Important Update: From 29 August 2025, US import regulations require all orders shipped from the UK to undergo full customs clearance, with duties and fees applied regardless of value.
