Sales Associate

Liverpool

We have an amazing opportunity for a Full-Time Sales Associate to work in our store based in Liverpool.

Overview of Role:You will represent the best of British through delivering a high level of customer service and Clientele management in order to encourage repeat spend and brand loyalty. You will also be acting as an ambassador of the brand in line with business goals and achieve sales targets as outlined by your line manager, supporting the overall growth and profitability of the store.

Main Responsibilities

  1. You will have previous experience in a customer focused environment and ideally experience in a luxury environment.
  2. Experience in tailoring and/or luxury menswear will be highly beneficial.
  3. You should have a knowledge and enthusiasm for our brand and men’s styling and be sartorially aware.
  4. As well as luxury retail and customer service experience, you should have excellent communication skills, be immaculately presented, engaging, committed and with a ‘‘can do’’ attitude. We want people with real passion for our brand.

Made-to-Measure Coordinator

No.1 Savile Row, London

An opportunity has risen for a Made-to-Measure Coordinator in our Flagship Store in London. Representing a luxury brand, you will be an essential and vital role supporting the delivery of the Made-to-Measure department.

Overview of Role: This is an essential and vital role to support in the delivery of the Made-to-Measure department objectives at No.1 Savile Row. Acting as a brand ambassador at all times, you will help grow the Made-to-Measure client base and repeat business, supporting the overall growth and profitability of the store.

Service

  1. Welcome and acknowledge customers as they enter the store/MTM suite/ phone the department. Demonstrate patience, politeness and a full understanding of the service.
  2. Always offer hospitality to clients and ensure the environment/ambience in the suite is luxury at all times. Discuss client issues or queries in a discreet and professional manner at all times.
  3. Determine the needs of the client quickly and politely and deliver supportive advice. Have the confidence to say ‘no’ if necessary and guide the client to a better solution.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt service requirement to the customer.

Operations

  1. Comply with the MTM procedure manual, ensuring all follow-up emails are sent promptly and customers details are logged correctly.
  2. Daily management of the MTM appointment diary. Full responsibility for ensuring no double-bookings or wrongly booked appointments.
  3. Manage the MTM email account, responding to enquires in a timely manner, establishing facts, customer requirements and escalating/seeking advice where necessary.
  4. Full responsibility for the daily completion of the MTM Alterations spreadsheet, the tracking of the garments and timeframes.
  5. Full responsibility for the daily completion of the Critical Path, ensuring that issues are chased and emails sent.
  6. Accept and process MTM deliveries, inform MTM Consultants, manage appointment booking.
  7. Work with MTM Administrator to follow up on out of stocks, etc. Ensure customers are informed and solutions found.
  8. Support with customer issues, consider solutions and discuss with Manager and Consultant to resolve.
  9. Ensure all client details are filed away correctly and in line with GDPR requirements.

Deputy Store Manager – Ready-To-Wear and Made-To-Measure

No.1 Savile Row, London

Overview of role: The Deputy Manager’s key function is to support the store to achieve Sales and KPI budgets and deliver exceptional customer service. They are required to encourage and demonstrate strong communication within the team. Act as an ambassador of the brand in line with business goals supporting the overall growth and profitability of the store.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Direct management of the Made to Measure team, ensure compliance to procedures, optimise sales performance, drive client relationship management and grow future business opportunities.
  2. Direct responsibility for the Ready to Wear team, ensure compliance to procedures, optimise sales performance, drive client relationship management and grow future business opportunities.
