All military orders can be shipped via the British Forces Post Office (BFPO). Delivery times and processes may vary depending on location and service requirements.

Returns
At Gieves & Hawkes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, here's what you need to know about returns, exchanges, and shipping. Refunds cover the value of returned items only and are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days of receipt, depending on your bank.

- Sale items: return within 14 days of purchase
- Items must be unused, in original packaging (including suit bags and hangers), with all labels attached
- Unsellable items or late returns (without prior contact) will be returned without a refund
Return shipping
You may use your own courier. All shipping costs are your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Exceptions
Personalised, custom, or altered items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty goods / reclamation
Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing defect occurs within 12 months of purchase.
If you receive a faulty item, please return it for inspection. You may use the pre-printed return form and label included in your parcel. If the label is not available, contact Customer Care at customercare@gievesandhawkes.com for assistance.
Items that have been worn or used beyond trying on cannot be accepted as faulty.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order prior to dispatch, contact customercare@gievesandhawkes.com.
While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not offered. To request a different size, colour, or style, return the original item and place a new order.
