When placing an order with Gieves and Hawkes from outside the United Kingdom, please note that duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price. This means that any orders shipped internationally may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are determined by your country’s import regulations. These additional charges are not controlled by Gieves and Hawkes and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. For precise information regarding these fees, we recommend contacting your local import authorities.
To receive your order in time for Christmas, we recommend placing it no later than Friday 19 December 2025. Please note that this is subject to courier capacity and delays during the busy festive period, which are outside of our control.
Orders placed after this date may still be delivered in time, but we cannot guarantee it. We advise allowing extra time for delivery to avoid disappointment.
Over the Christmas and New Year period, our warehouse will remain open on normal working days. We will only be closed on bank holidays and weekends, with order processing resuming on the next working day.
